The challenge
An independent radiology-auditing service reviewed diagnostic reports for hospitals across multiple healthcare networks. Its manual workflow could not keep pace with volume: case routing was cumbersome, quality risk was hard to see, reviewer performance was difficult to measure, and growth required adding people roughly in proportion to new hospital volume.
