What we built
Platform Transformation
Adapted the voice and speech AI platform for enterprise use cases. This included building field sales insights from conversation analysis, implementing enterprise-grade security, creating a multi-client customization framework, and managing the transition from B2C personal assistant to B2B enterprise solution.
Reusable Base Platform
