The challenge
A comprehensive wellness platform connects users with therapists, nutritionists, and wellness experts. The platform captures rich behavioral and health data: appointment history, post-appointment questionnaires, periodic wellness surveys, food intake logs, wearable data, and clinical assessments.
This data was fragmented across multiple applications and databases, making it impossible to present a unified patient view during consultations. Consultants needed a real-time view of each patient, pulling together appointment history, health metrics, behavioral patterns, and self-reported data.
What we built
Data Systems Audit & Strategy
Assessed current data architecture across multiple applications and databases. Identified fragmentation points, data quality issues, and integration gaps. Designed a unified data strategy to catalog, clean, and make all patient data discoverable and accessible to AI systems.
Multi-Agent Pre-Appointment Summary System
Built a multi-agentic system that ingests fragmented data (questionnaires, health metrics, appointment history, wearable readings) and produces a unified pre-appointment summary for consultants. The system flags inconsistencies, detects abnormalities, and surfaces relevant patient context before each session.
Semantic Search for Health Content
Developed a semantic search and retrieval system to parse through the platform's extensive health content library and surface relevant educational content to users based on their health profile, goals, and conditions.
AI-Powered Food Scoring System
Built an LLM-based system that analyzes food plate photos and generates personalized nutrition scores. Scoring incorporates macronutrient composition, diet balance, alignment with logged dietary patterns, relevant health metrics, and clinical considerations.

- Pre-appointment prep time reduced from 10–15 minutes to under 2 minutes
