The challenge

A radiology auditing service reviews and audits diagnostic reports from hospitals across multiple healthcare systems. The platform needed to serve two distinct user groups: hospital management required visibility into radiologist performance and quality metrics, while auditors needed an intuitive interface to efficiently review cases, provide audit feedback, and report findings.

What we built

Full Stack Case Management Application

Built a comprehensive web and mobile platform to automate the radiology audit workflow. Implemented case request intake, intelligent case distribution to auditors based on specialty and workload, workflow orchestration for primary and secondary audits, and automated routing for consensus resolution.

Hospital Management Dashboard

Developed analytics and performance dashboards for hospital stakeholders. Provides visibility into radiologist performance metrics, audit findings, quality trends, and compliance reporting.

Auditor Portal & Reporting Tools

Created a specialized interface for radiologists performing audits. Streamlined case review workflows, integrated imaging viewers, simplified audit documentation, and enabled efficient reporting.
